Northgate is well-maintained, located in a good area, very safe, and has a great staff. I rarely had to call Maintenance, but they responded right away every time. Rent is higher than most apartments in Vernon, but having a washer and dryer in each unit is a huge plus. My only complaint would be snow removal. Sidewalks sometimes did not get plowed until late afternoon.
