Great place to live

Have lived in Northgate for about a year and would definitely recommend it. Apartments are well-maintained, grounds are neat, and soundproofing between apartments is good. The fact that you don't have people living above or below you (all the 1 br. apartments are in ranch-style buildings) is a definite plus. We had one maintenance request and the maintenance guys came in 24 hrs. to fix it (dishwasher).
