I have been living here for six months and something is always broken..the day i moved in it was the the kitchen sink and the cracked, leaking toilet. In the next few months it was the dishwasher, the leak that caused a puddle in my bathroom one morning, and the kichen cabinet that fell off when I opened it... its a headache to get something fixed every few weeks- especially since it takes them a week to fix it! They say that heat is included in the rent, but what they don't say is that they cut-off the heat at a certain temp....you cannot have your apt more than 71 degrees! When I complained to management they said they could not fix it.

Dog owners do not clean up their dogs' messes! Watch where you step!

71 degrees would be nice in the cold months with windows that let the draft roll in and out and the big gap under the front door. My place there only got up to 65 on a cold day. :(
