Where do I begin' Most of the apartments are only 3 to 4 rooms but you have people living in them with 2 to 3 dogs or cats, hence the smell and grounds. There are loud TVs and great rap music (even lovely mexican music)going on at all hours of the day, everyday. They allow section 8/welfare assistance so you have some stay at home freaks around all the time. You have the "constantly fighting couples", "the drunk single mom with the loud and angry son", and so much more living around here. I've seen many maintenance men come and go. I'd say about every six months they hire whatever drifter comes by with a hammer, nail, and smile. They also seem to replace the complex manager about every year, they must blame them each year for the issues which is too bad. If the place cleaned up and only allowed one pet, if any, actually had good water pressure, got rid of the welfare freaks, placed some lighting in so it wasn't so dark in most areas around the buildings, and actually made the place upscale instead of tricking you into thinking they are. Then it would be worth the rent. Right now I'd say the place is only worth a $500 (or less) a month rent because that's what other places that offer crummy living charge. If you can select a different place to live, I'd say to do so. I mean unless you're coming from a bad city or third world country, then this place may actually seem pretty good to you.

They don't try and trick you into anything. There definitely aren't any welfare people here seeing as they do a credit check before the application even gets approved. I've lived in several complexes in several different towns and this is one of the better ones I've lived in.

It is better than Bridgeport or New Haven.
