I resigned my lease early this year because I was very pleased with this apartment complex. I have lived in many different apartments and feel that this is a well run, enjoyable apartment community. Yes there have been a few different apartment managers, yes there are many dogs, but this is a dog-friendly community and every manager has been exceptionally nice and helpful. The plowing does leave a little to be desired, but I was more than warm enough this winter with the free heat, and trust me I am ALWAYs cold. Most of the other tenants are nice and say Hi to each other...I have, and would again, recommend this complex to friends or family.

Bogus? Future tennants can feel free to check with the local police department about the fighting couples, noise complaints, animal related issues, and alcohol related crimes to cover some bases. You may also want to just walk up and ask some random tennants how they feel about the place before you are rushed to move in. If they are walking a dog you may not want to get too close to them to avoid getting a bite or nip. That may mean a lawsuit in your favor but it's not worth the pain I'm sure. I would like to know how the crappy plowing, poorly lighted areas, poorly kept grounds, leaking storage (only when it rains though), and the rest of the issues are so "enjoyable"? Like it or not there's not much that seems "bogus" in the statements I've read so far. There is good here but we can't hide or forget to mention the bad. That is why these sites are online in the first place.
