Just started my second (and last) year here so here goes:
Pros--
Dog friendly
Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, and pizza places nearby
Not bad looking
Most neighbors are friendly
Nice and helpful office staff
There's a pretty nice trail nearby
Close enough to grocery stores and laundromat
Very close to hospital
Parking is usually all right because of the overflow/ visitor's spots but some of us need to start warning visitors to park in the visitor's parking or else get towed!
20 mins from mall and bookstore in Manchester
Noise level is usually fine

Cons--
Rent is way too high for the space and apartment features (no garbage disposal, no patio)
Not enough storage space inside the apartment (although you can rent a storage room for extra)
Rent increases with every lease
Can be dark-- and the chandelier in the apt eats up your money
Maintenance problems-- I've had many problems with the heat and both bathroom and kitchen sinks. The kitchen plumming needs to be replaced. Maintenance staff have been called several times but had temporary solutions for the kitchen sink, and apparently no solutions for the heat problem. Consequently, we had to turn our oven on to heat up the apartment several times during the winter.
We had a flooding incident once and I called the emergency maintenance. The woman who picked up was a nitwit! She kept getting my complaint, name, and apt number wrong. Needless to say, maintainence only called me the next day.
The on-site washers and dryers are small, expensive, and often don't dry properly. Fortunately you have an alternative laundromat nearby.


I lived here because they allow dogs and because of proximity to work, but am leaving after this lease ends.
If you do have a dog or two this place is okay I suppose. Otherwise there are much better places.
