I've lived at Hillside Terrace for about a year now. The apartments aren't exactly new, but they are nice with decent floorplans. The one thing that makes this place stand out above the competition is the management. The gal they have there is really sweet and even drops off little present for ever resident on holidays!

One thing that may be a downer for some people is the dogs. There are a lot of dogs and as a consequence there is dog ----. But thats to be expected.

Never had a problem with parking or loud neighbors. I do wish they had been washers and dryers but there is a laundry place less that 2 mins away so its not a big deal.

You have really low standards. I'm currently a resident but I'm waiting until my lease is up in a couple of months to post my review in order to give a full review of my time here. But I had to respond with a few things. If you really think these apartments are "nice with decent floorplans" I'm sorry but you really have a low standard of living. There's nothing "nice" or "decent" about them. At best the floorplans are plain vanilla with the square footage nothing to brag about, but on the other hand they are rather outdated and in need of repairs (the buildings themselves need some serious work i.e. in the past 6 months alone we've been w/o hot water at least 5 times that I know of!!!). I'm glad to hear you've never had a problem with loud neighbors but I could go on & on about my loud neighbors and their loud dogs and seeing as the cops are in the property quite frequently apparently there are complaints as to the noise level and/or actions by residents. The holiday treats from the manager was a very nice gesture, although I will say I felt like I was going to break a tooth when I bit into the rice crispy treat!! Interesting that you say you wish there were washers and dryers because in my building there are, although I never use them and my neighbor tells me they are either broken or don't work properly. But does that mean only some of the buildings have washer/dryers??
