I find living here enjoyable. Management has always been friendly and courtious to me. Any maintenance problems have always been seen to imediately and fixed or repaired. This apartment complex has a family appeal to me. My dog and I are met with open arms and genuine warmth.

I know I associate a place that has car theft going on with 'family appeal'. Definitely. Who wouldn't?

This sounds way too much like management wrote it. This place sucks.
