HILLSIDE TERRACE..... WOULD NOT PAY FOR TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!! - crazycol - Today
Hillside Terrace was great when they office manager Dusty was working. She was kind, and sweet and would give you gifts in your door for each holiday.. Above and beyond.. she knew about customer service. Then another girl .. Jessica started working there, because Dusty moved on. Jessica was terrible with following up, and was NEVER in the building. When I was moving out of the building... they went in the apartment (without my permission while I was still paying rent) and painted.. while my FURNITURE WAS STILL IN THERE!! I confronted Jessica, and she acted as if she didn't know why it happened!! Not only that.. but they used my furniture as a paint sampling!!!! There was paint "swipes" from a full size paint brush with huge.. 2 foot swipes on the desk!!! I asked them for my rent I had paid for those days, and it took 5 months (after i moved out , and bought a house) to get payment!! I called and went to the office NUMEROUS TIMES!! Until finally they just started ignoring my calls! They are by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! I work with clients EVERY DAY and I wouldn't ever think about treating my clients expecially paying ones this terribly!! Then i contacted the home office in MASS. and spoke with Carol Supulveta.. the head manager and she was just as rude!! She said she didn't know of this matter, (3 months had gone by .. )and she would have to verify!
THEY NEVER PAID FOR MY DAMAGED FURNITURE WHICH I HAVE PICTURES OF !! MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM TO COURT!!
save yourself the hassle of these poorly managed apartments!! I also lived at Foxhill Commons, and never never never received terrible service like them.. go there before you go to the over-price Hillside Terrace!! Don't let them try to sell you on the GYM.. it's an eliptical machine and a treadmill for all the buildings.. 2 machines!! Don't pay extra for that.. it's a joke!!
ANOTHER DOWN SIDE IS PEOPLE LET THERE PETS GO TO THE BATHROOM IN ONE AREA >...... right when you walk in the door.. stinks of old urine and feces!! GROSS.... and embarrasing when you have company.. that's all you can smell when you open your windows!!
i usually would never have taken the time to write a review ... unless it was ABSOLUTELY GREAT SERVICE (which it wasn't) or DISGUSTINGLY TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE (which it was!)
GOOD LUCK!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!
