This place is a glorified dump. Pretty from the outside, and shabby on the inside. The workmanship of these apartments are shabby at best and the staff are rude and incompetent, especially the front office and maintenance. One maintenance man took a very rude tone to one of my neighbors, who was elderly. The people who run this place, and I use the word "run" loosely, are full of themselves. They have no business working with humans. The apartments themselves frequently fall apart and are of poor quality. Do yourself a favor, if you're going to spend good money on a place, either buy a house or rent from a place that'll show you respect and treat you like a human being.

I dont understand all these negetive comments here.....I'm an Indian and I have lived here for more than six months and this place is wonderful....the units are Mind-blowing The management staff is so well behaved. Goodness knos what is the problem with the world today!!

I am a current resident of the mansions, however I do know people who have lived here in the past. Today, the mansions are great, but my friends who previously lived here (around 2005) said that the mansions were a dump, as they were just starting out and there was construction everywhere. I would really take older reviews with a grain of salt because things have changed significantly since the place was first started. I can almost guarantee you that you will not be disappointed when you visit the mansions or take a tour.

This place is a huge rip off and the staff is very rude and disresepectful. Ive lived here for more then a year out, and i cant wait till my lease is up. The people that run this place are nothing but incompetent! The front office doesnt even greet you as you come in...its amazing how it looks when you first get their. Nestled in the back woods of vernon, the beautiful buildings and the awesome appliances. You definatly dont get anything with the ammount of money you pay to live here. We dont even have a garbage disposal and were paying 1145 a month. Eat is not included and very high in the winter time, as is air conditioning! You have to pay the service charge, and thats extremely high itself. I would consider other places like santini villa, you get what you pay for their. Save your money people...youll be alot happier.
