My wife and I resided at The Mansions for a year after relocating from CA and must say it was a nice place to rent.

Aside from the ongoing construction which was irritating initially, my wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Our apartment was new and included all the amenities we were use to in our home before relocating to CT (private entrance/patio, garage, washer and dryer, etc.) and the pair of maintenance problems we had were taken care of the same day we called the office about them.

The Mansions were a bit pricey, but it was definitely worth the extra cost coming into the area before purchasing our home.

Notably, a big plus there was, when we decided to get our house, we were able to give notice and move without penalty because our lease went month to month after our first year living there....so we weren't locked into another year's lease when we wanted to move.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed living at The Mansions and would and have recommended the community to others.

I guess this review is our small way of thanking The Mansions for a pleasant stay.
