I lived at The Mansions for almost four years. In my own experience, I think some previous comments are misjudged.
I work in Northford which is 45 miles south from the Mansions, but I think it is worth to drive 90 miles everyday and live here for four years. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Actually, I hardly see my neighbors. I don't even know if they are at home. The staffs here are very friendly to me especially J & J. I am neither white nor speaking good English, but they are very nice to me since the first day I came to see the apartment. The maintenance is very fast. Usually I called from work and requested for maintenance, and when I came home, everything was repaired. I really enjoy living here. The only disadvantageous change is four year ago there were plenty of grasslands and woods in this community, but now they built office buildings and townhouses.
I am planning to move out in two months. Not because the reduction of greens, but I get another job which is too far to drive back to the Mansions everyday. I saw this Apartment Rating website because I am looking for an apartment near my work place. But I have to say I have a hard time to find an apartment which I am satisfied. After living at the Mansion, most apartments could not reach the standard I am looking for. I am really sad that I have to leave, and am going to cry if I cannot find another the Mansions.
