The mansions is a great place to live. Everyone here is really friendly and the management has been great to us. We were between apartments and were worried about having no place to keep our stuff for two nights between our leases, the mansions gave us an entire month free so we didn't have to worry about storing our belongings anywhere which was very helpful.

The pool is beautiful and there is even a "sun deck" outside of it to sunbathe. The "gym" is very small and has limited equipment, however it really doesn't get too crowded so if you want to tone and do cardio you can.

We've had some minor problems with leaking pipes and a clogged toilette, but they were taken care of immediately, and when I say that, I mean that. I went to the leasing office and by the time I drove back to my apartment facilities was already outside of my unit waiting for me.

I would say the only downfall is that it costs a lot to keep a three floor apartment cool in the summer. Also, the stove is electric and not gas.

Overall, if you want a safe place (there are many cops and state troopers that live here) that is quite, clean and friendly, I would suggest the mansions. We have been here for 6 months and plan to stay here for the next year and a half, if not longer.
