I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have lived here for a year and i cant wait to get out of here. The staff here at the mansions has one of the worst customer service ive seen ever. Their extremly rude on the phone, and now that i have given my notice, its become even worse. Everyone in my building has given their notice. We all agree that living here was not the best experience. The sound insolation is horrible. Every couple of days we can hear the couple down stairs fighting, on the other side you can hear music and Tv, and its even worse on the weekends. The hot water takes forever to get hot. We all agreed after a little while it would be hot, then immediatly get cold. Sounds like its time for a new water heater. The inside of the mansions looks beautiful as ever, but the material is very cheap...the lenolium (spelling'0 is slowly coming off...and we are the first to move in...its in the kitchen, and the floor is bubbleing. The mailboxes are about a mile away from the buildings, hidden in the dark, and not safe at all at night. ITs near a corn field, with poor lighting...i had a cyote come out on me and my husband, so we always go to the mailbox with flashlights and a bat. Not how i want to get my mail. We lived in construction the whole time we lived here. Sand and dust all over our cars, so i mostly parked in the garage, and the debree of the construction would end up in your yard or patio. At first it seemed like a great idea, but i would say you definatly dont get what you pay for, and once again i would not recommend this place to anyone.

I will agree with you 100% We thought we were the only ones with the water problem! Our mailbox is near the corn field too! Thats so weird! I should have read these reviews a long time ago. The staff is really rude! I wish i would have known before i signed a year lease a few months ago! You really dont get what you pay for, and looks are very deceiving!

I agree with the rude staff, but the water is not a problem for me, and I am one of the lucky ones that has my mailbox at the entrance.
