First off, I thought when you hire employess you hire nice friendly ones. Well not at Mount Vernon. The staff there was horriable. They never listened to me when i told them about my heater problem. They always told me to stop leaving trash in the hallways when it wasn't mine. Also, one of the ladies who works in the office..Joanna..is extremely mean. Everytime i informed her about a problem i was having with my apartment she would tell me that it would be fixed and it never was. She always lied. Also, she was always rude to me when i came in to pay my rent. She away made it seem like she was better than you. Acting like she owned mount vernon. She doesnt!!..So personally i would not tell people to live there. I moved to Manchester and I am so happy there. They have employess that care about you and your living space!! Thank you for you time...
