I have lived in Willowbrook (a part of Mount Vernon Apartments) for almost a year. I have rarely needed to request maintenance for my apartment, but when I have, the problem was fixed the same day. In addition, Mt. Vernon/Willowbrook is an extremely safe and quiet community. The staff are pleasant and keep the grounds and buildings very clean. My experiences with Joanna and Candace have been positive--they both are always helpful when I talk to them or have a question about my apartment.
