I do remember living here about 10 years ago. What I do remember of this place was dingy grounds, the old playground was falling apart, and the office staff back then was quite rude and didnt care as long as you paid your rent. The other tenants in our building used to scream and yell all the time, started fights with my mom and step father and pushed her down the stairs in front of the building. That was after the rape incidents. The front doors to the apartments were/are cheap quality (hollow). Arent those the doors you use for the INSIDE of the home' I dont know what the place is like now as its been quite a while, but it doesnt sound any different from reading the reviews. Congrats to the few of you who have had a good experience. And to those of you still having a rough experience. Give your notice to vacate and move somewhere better. It'll be worth your while and extra money. If its still the same, read your lease word for word. You CAN get out of it, apartment leases are easy to finagle if you know what your doing.
