Do not rent here unless you enjoy having poor service.

I live in Willowbrook Apartments, which is an extension of Mount Vernon apartments. My fiancee and I decided not to renew our lease after the most recent incident.

The downstairs neighbor decided last weekend to have a wild party. Aside from getting woken up at 3AM to shouting, laughing, etc., we overheard someone getting sick outside. The next morning, we find a puddle of vomit DIRECTLY in our doorway going outside. I was so disgusted I called management right away.

We are not complainers. We've overlooked many things and never called to gripe about them. But this was a little too much. Needless to say, Joanna told me that maintenance will "take care of it" on Monday morning. It is now Monday night, and the vomit is still right there as we walk out. There is also vomit in the parking lot directly next to my car where the driver's door is. I have to step over the puke when I leave for work at 5:30 am in the dark. Not pleasant at all.

I just can't imagine how a puddle of vomit would not have priority! It's so embarrasing when my in-laws came over and had to see it! EEEWWW!
