I've lived here for the better part of 10 years, and I'm not sure what all the maintenance complaints are about. Within the last several years, the staff has employed a brand new maintenance staff who are fantastic! They respond quickly and politely... They have responded to every request I've made (even on holidays), and so has the management. Several years ago, I did have some trouble with the management about several items, but I addressed them outright and they have since been settled. I did see other complaints about Candace in the office, and I did have some problems with her as well at first, but things seemed to blow over. The complex is clean and well maintained, and any complaints we've had about neighbors have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. We also had brand new windows put in about 2-3 years ago, and that was wonderful, as they are much better insulated and easy to clean. We had issues with our heat, and called the maintenance staff who discovered that we needed a new thermostat, and the boiler was also having issues. The problems were fixed promptly, and we stayed warm! We also have pets, and they're very good about us having our cats. My fiance and I enjoy it here, especially with the crazy costs of buying a house at this point in time. There is also a lot of wildlife in the area... a huge herd of turkeys which are a riot, deer, foxes, geese, rabbits, etc. We're very happy here.
