I've lived here for 2 years. There are better apartments in the area (e.g., Hillside Terrace). It's not terrible here, but it isn't a place I'd feel comfortable recommending to a family member or friend...

- Old appliances
Nice area
- Never enough heat in winter
Friendly maintenance crew
- Unpleasant and unreliable office staff

It's the kind of place that makes you look forward to the day that you don't have to live there anymore, without being so horrible as to make you pack your bags immediately.

Oh, and parking stinks :(
And so do the laundry facilities.
