Don't live here. The apartments are a good size, at least the one bedrooms are, but the place is very dirty, old, drafty and there are lots of bugs. The basement, which is where the storage area and laundry facility is located, always floods. The hallways/staircases smell like mold and urine, so don't be fooled by the nice entryway into the rental office - trust me, none of the other entryways look like that. The maintenance staff is lazy, it can take weeks for them to get in to the apartments to make a repair. When I moved in I bought all brand new furniture (which I had to have professionally cleaned once I moved out because my sofas reeked from the stench of the hallway despite the several bottles of Frebreeze I bought and POURED in the hallway), I mentioned the stench and was told not to worry because the area was going to be remodeled soon - that was two years ago.
It isn't exactly the safest apartment complex. Anyone can walk into any of the buildings. I was told by a neighbor that soon before I moved in, a homeless person was supposedly living in the basement.
Also the town wastewater treatment plant is right next to the complex. It's very noisy and as expected, there are horrendous odors in the air all year round, but especially in the summer months.
