we thought this place was nice when we move in but weve had a broken sink for about 4-5 months (its been so long I cant remeber exactly) the carpet in the hallway was torn up about 7 months ago and hasnt been replaced... at least half the stench went with it, but the nails that hold the carpet down are still there to poke ur feet. half the windows dont open and the ones that do usually do stay open, plus they are very old and drafty. our back door has a 2 inch gap at the bottom and top from it being shaved down so many times, we hear the people upstairs walking around all the time, its a wonderful creaking sound.... the list goes on and on, whatever you do dont live here it may be one of the cheaper apartments around here but you get what you pay for.
