The first problem came before I even moved in. I was told by the rental agent that the rent was $675. Come to find out, the day of signing the contract that the actualy rent price was $765, she claimed she must have been having a bad day. The apartment is relatively large for the price, which is what caught my eye. They are also relatively animal friendly which is also important to me. The landscaping is horrible, and there are often large amounts of garbage on the lawn. In the winter, they are pretty productive with snow removal which is a plus. I waited for six months to get my disposal fixed, and it was never done. My back door has such a big gap on the bottom, that when it rains my carpet gets wet. The windows are very drafty, and they do not stay open. Overall, I'd say pass on this one.
