Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Storage area broken into
Cars consistently broker into
Can easily hear those above you and around you
Windows don't open easily (almost impossible)
Laundry down in flooded storage area (I wouldn't call this a room)
We were told no dogs allowed but have seen dogs in multiple apts.
