Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
It's the cheapest 2-bedroom townhouse in the area. Our dishwasher/garbage disposal has been broken (leaking) for about 4 months, still hasn't been fixed. Out of the 10 windows in the apartment, only 5 of them open and barely at that, and they haven't since the day we moved in. Some of the windows don't even have screens. The assistant maintenance guy is lazy and never responds to calls. The office lady doesn't want to be bothered with anything. My husband's car has been broken into twice, we've heard the basements have been broken into. The main office in New Jersey DOES NOT CARE about complaints, the condition of the property, or its tenants. They just care if you send your rent in time.
