Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
Ive been living in these apartments for 3 years. Its really not that bad. It has its problems but If you are persistant on something being fixed it will be done. I have some windows that dont open. I have a bee problem (in my house) My airconditioner has been broken since last 1/2 of the summer and the shower gets REALLY HOT then REALLY COLD. UHHHH that stinks. Ummmm other than that its really not bad for the price. They are large apartments and my neighbors are relatively quiet. Its nice to hear the frogs at night and the birds in the morning! Theres plenty of grassy areas for outdoor activities. It stinks that the pool is closed on Mondays and it closes kinda early and opens late. I think I would recomend this apartment.
