I moved in 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems. Like everyone else on here says: the windows are crap - you can't open them or they barely open. The basements is musty moldy and wet 99% of the time. There was actually an infestation of ant/fly like bugs near 'my' washer and dryer a few months ago, I called the maintenance guy and he said he'd take care of it...so I go downstairs later that night only to find that he swept up most of the bugs but there were still a ton of them everywhere - even IN the washers and dryers. It was so gross. On top of that our bathroom faucet leaks (which has already been "fixed" once before), our disposal is broken, and my boyfriend's car was stolen last April. Our neighbors car was broken into as well. It's just crazy here - I feel like I live in some slummy city apartment. The outside looks deceivingly nice while the inside is terrible. It is cheap here - and you definitely get what you pay for. I can not wait to buy a house and get the heck out of here!

Don't forget the the rental agent is the meanest and has the nastiest attitude. To pay just about a 800-1000 a month for services rendured by such a person is obsurd. Yeah shes nice when you want to move in but forget about getting help once you've moved in!
