This is the most depressing place i've ever lived in. The apartment itself if adequate but the area is an eye sore and not very safe. There are constantly disturbances around the area and it is likely you will hear cop siren's often. There is also a security guy there that parks in the middle of the parking lot in the most inconvenient location and you have to drive around him to get out...it's extremely annoying and he is pretty much worthless.
