Don't live here.. The security black guy "rick" is obnoixious and rude. He loves to give younger people hard time.
He's a harrassment. I heard several girls are thinking of filing harrassment against him.
So don't plan on moving there!
He does illegally. He charges and rips off tenants for money, and steals stuff off cars like plates, he lies, and he uses his "toy siren" to pull people over and he follows people from apartment to places to spy on them.
I once heard he tried to offer money for BJ from one of the girls who live there..

If I were you I wouldn't live there... ------ hole!!!

I've lived here for three years, and the security guard has never been anything but friendly and professional. The only time he "gives people a hard time" is when they don't clean up after their pets or if they park in the emergency vehicles spot. The guy is always there keeping the parking lots safe. I swear the guy must work about 20 hours a day, because he's out patroling the grounds at all times, day and night. So yeah, obviously the guy who wrote this got himself into trouble one too many times, because there is really no other reason anyone would complain about having a full time security guard...

We have been living here for about 16 months. We think Rick is Wonderful!!! Since we moved in we have not once worried about our security because we know that Rick is looking out for all of us!!!! Rick is friendly and helpful. Any allegations like those above are false and hateful! If it weren't for Rick we would not be here!!!

I am also a Rick supporter. He works hard to make the building and grounds safe for the residents. The only people who hate him are the ones who are making trouble. They aren't telling you the other side of the story. There have been some real shady characters in here and if it weren't for Rick taking care of things, all the decent people would have moved out long ago! I know I feel safer with him around. Rick has never been anything but professional and friendly. Don't believe the ugly stories they tell about him, because they are false. Rick is a decent human being trying to do a difficult job.

I think Rick is great. I feel safer knowings hes here.. and keeps an eye on the crazy people. If you dont like him, its more than likely cause youre a trouble maker.
