When I first went to see the apartment i loved it. Has that old mill look witht he brick and wood beams. Then I moved in and everything was fine until after a few months. Then my roommate found a bat and the front office said they would look into it but never did. They told us they couldnt fix the broken screens that were there when we moved in. Then my roommate had money problems and had to move out. well one of my friends just got out of the Marines and he was down and out so I told him to stay with me till he could get out on his own. He would pay for groceries, chip in for the bills but I still paid the rent well. The security gaurd told on us that he was living with me and they just gave me an evicition notice that I have to be out by dec 26. This is a joke they expect me to move out over the holiday weekend and be fine. It is total BS I am so pissed they ruined my first christmas back in the US after serving last year over in Iraq. All because I helped out a fellow Marine. The front office is horrible. They are lazy and care nothing about the people living there. I wish I had researched this place better or I wouldnt have moved there. The security gaurd sits in his car and plays solitare all night and does nothing. The place smells like dog waste. The only reason this place is still in business is that they are one of the only places that allow dogs in it. Best piece of advise don't move here. Thanks Springville Mill for giving this vetrean the worst christmas ever. I would rather be back in Iraq for christmas then here.

Person who wrote this review should learn to take some responsibility. You didn't follow the rules and got in trouble. Big surprise. Now you and your friend are both homeless. Here's a tip for renters: be straightforward with your issues- no one likes a liar.

Wow I just want to say screw whoever wrote this response. You suck for saying that this person deserved it. Springville Mill sucks and maybe you should go to iraq and be a human shield. I am in the Army and have no time for people like you

If an apartment doesn't go by your income it shouldn't matter who lives there as long as it is paid on time!!
