So your thinking of moving to springville mill' do not do it, the management is terrible, they never fix any problems you might have, they look down on residents. the building looks like ----, the security guard Rick,is racist, and hates young people. The electric bill is more than a house for one unit, you can hear every neighbor doing everything, NO PRIVACY...have to worry about everything you always do, the rugs smell of pet feces, the parking lot never has parking...and when you do you get towed by security. God forbid that you have visitors, because there is no room in the visitor lot..by all means you have to imagine living your life with restrictions if you live at spring ville mill. the sound of the heat itself makes you have to scream to be heard. WARNING! The manager Richard, does nothing to help. STAY AWAY if you want privacy, stay away if you like to socialize with friends, stay away from the parking lot, no goood
