Give me a break, it s not that bad. It s an apartment building it s not a privately owned house. You are going to hear noises and you have to respect your neighbors. Yes, there may be a parking issue from time to time with visitor parking but the tenants have their own assigned parking spaces. The security guard is doing his job and the tenants should be thankful he is here. I just wish he was here more. The apartments are well maintained and when you call maintenance they are at your door immediately. The hall ways and lobby s are always being cleaned and vacuumed. I think the office is too nice at times and let the wrong people move in and they get burned every time. They should be more selective with who they let move into our community. That is probably my only complaint. I would recommend Springville Mills to anyone looking for an apartment.

>but the tenants have their own assigned parking spaces. YOU may have your own assigned parking spaces, but some of us have to share the front lot with the Hockanum Valley Community building. These spots are NOT assigned and at times it is difficult to find a spot. Otherwise, I agree with your assessment of the building, particular about the office letting in the wrong kinds of people. They DO get burned every time, and those of us living next to these losers get burned too because we have to suffer through the bad behavior and noise problems.
