Villa Apartments is maintained by Santini Villa Homes, LLC. Although the grounds are kept well, I WILL VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO RENT THIS PLACE due to the following reasons.

1. Very intrusive Property Management

2. Not worth the money. Make a comparative analysis of other Vernon properties and cost per square footage.

3. Noisy, irrespective of which floor you live in.

4. You will never get your deposit back even if you hand over the apartment in shipshape. Ask for their historical spreadsheet of per capita return of full security deposit.

5. The area where these apartments are located are deteriorating very rapidly.

6. Car Insurance companies DO NOT like this property. Especially AIG and Travelers.

7. Maintenance is not prompt.

8. Maintenance and management regularly encroach property when tenant is not in.
