I found the Santini woodbrook apartment's to be a nice and comfortable. It is a quiet area, although you do get your VERY few peope who insist on keeping their car sterio up. It is quiet clean, except around the dumpsters between Sunday & Monday. I would recommend NOT renting near a dumpster. They come early in the morning, and honk their horn for you to move your vehicle. It got annoying real fast. As for maintenance, The only service I needed was a change of locks. The front door locked needed to be changed twice, because it would not lock. So I would say the appliences were very reliable. Parking is great, but people are too lazy to use the visitor lots, so they park behind the people they are visiting. I have been blocked in many times, and could not find the owner of the car. So I guess if you got rid of the people who choose to throw their garbage everywhere when the dumpster is full, and towed the cars that belong to the lazy morons who don't know what a parking spot is. This would be a great place to reside. Just take my warning: Rent AWAY from the dumpster.......
