Villa Apartments

Several people here stated the grounds were nice. Apparently the demon-------- from the office saw this and promptly changed that. Grounds where only irregularly mowed all summer, nothing else was done until very recently. They do come fix things.. after you call several times and they can figure the worst time to come. Far too much of the apartment is way way out of date and in poor shape. The woodwork, the carpeting, the tiles and vanity in the upstairs bathroom. Although the walls between you and your neighbors are thick, everything else is very cheaply built. That'd be fine for section 8 housing, but I don't expect it for 1200 a month. You can't get your windows or the sliding glass doors clean since the filth is actually BETWEEN the panes of glass!!
Their main contractor for snow removal lives 93 million miles away (called the "Sun").

There is lots of luxury apartment competition in the area now and there are a lot of empty units here. That means they let ANYONE into these apartments. There was recently a rape in one. It's a very noticably declining quality of clients in this complex.

I could write a book. But it all boils down to ONE thing. DO NOT RENT HERE. You will only be faced with frustration, greed, and inconvenience.

If you indeed want to come here, watch out for Kathy (incredibly snobby, even though she RENTS APARTMENTS for a living), and Louis, the owner's wife. Never hire family. This woman is proof beyond proof of that. She'd pluck the eyes out of a two year old if she could profit from it. The rest of the staff in the office seems to cylce faster than the residents. And that's VERY fast. Maintenance folks seem nice.. kind of like poor souls stuck in a hell they can't escape... like the residents.
