These are some facts about the Santini Villa apartments. They once were a very nice place to live. They replaced there maintenance staff about 2 years ago and things have gone downhill from there. The maintenance staff that is there now is not very good at anything that I can see. I know that ever since the "BOYS" took over the place seems to be on the decline. Mr. Eric Santini needs to take more control back. The office staff was always very nice. The "BOYS" brought what they thought would be a great new maintenance staff (the SNAKE in the grass) in and it has not worked. I used to enjoy seeing Mel,Paul,Ron and Rick. Things always got done and the place never looked better then. Take my advice go somewhere else. - thanks from a former
