I am completely baffled by the other reviews of this place. I don't want to leave because it's the best apartment I've found around here so far! I have only had a few problems with the apartment and maintenance fixed it quickly and correctly. We had a spill in the basement and they even gave me paint to fix it up so I WOULDN'T get charged when we left. I don't have anyone living above or below me, only on the sides. Still I can't complain about the noise. I hardly ever hear them. I have a cute little backyard, which maintenance takes care of. I have my own parking space and visitor parking is very close. I feel much safer inside this little community than I did living in other apartments in Vernon.
