Staff is friendly. Maintenance is on top of things, whenever we had a trouble call, it got fix right away and for a year that we've lived here, we only had 2 problems. They're really good at keeping up with the snow removal, they clear the snow right away. We didn't have any problems with them and we totally recommend renting here.
