My fiance and I have lived in Santini for almost two full years now. Management is definitely on the ball ALL the time, which can be a blessing or a curse depending on what kind of renter you are.
We had to make a few maintenance calls during my time here (dishwasher leak, new air conditioner, squeaky sliding door). Each time, they showed up immediately and did a great job. The fact that maintenance is very friendly doesn't hurt either.
The grounds are nice; they're very well-kept, but the density of apartments means that most places don't have big back yards. I have a large open space behind my apartment, and there are often children and families out there in the afternoon.
Before I moved here, I had read that the walls are basically soundproof. The walls in the basement definitely are soundproof, and the upstairs walls are better than I've had anywhere else.
The townhouse we rent is huge; 3 or four people can easily afford to rent it and have space to move around inside. I've been in the one-bedroom units a few times, and they seem ok too.
We'll be moving to a house in a few months, but if we weren't, we'd gladly stay here.
