Good luck finding a parking spot in the snow...plowing takes forever...no easy way to differentiate visitor and assigned parking. Bedroom is heat is poor... Stay away...take your time and review these ratings and make a smart choice. Learn form our poor choices to move here...

I have to agree that it tends to be cold in the bedroom. I'm no HVAC guy, but I think this is a design problem; the upper level thermostat (in our 2 level, 1 BR layout) is located in the hallway pretty much right above the stairs. If the lower level door is kept open (why wouldn't it be?), heat rises and warms the thermostat, and thus the more isolated portions of the upper floor are never warmed up.
If you cranked the heat in the upper level I'd guess that this would be less of a problem for you, but with Santini law being that you can't set it above 68, you can't win!

I thought my heat wasn't working in the bedroom but it turns out the flap on my heater was down in the bedroom so it wasn't coming out properly. I keep the downstairs heat off and the door shut when i am not down there too. and my thermostats does go above 68 they just ask you to keep it around 68. At least that is what i was told when i moved in..
