I don't know what type of experience these other reviews have had with the Villa Apartments, but my family has lived here for 2 years and could not be happier. The apartments are beautiful, and even though the price is a little high for this area, I think it's worth it. The Maintance staff is fantastic, any time there is a problem they are at the door that same day, sometimes within the hour. However I do agree with other reviews as saying that Kathy is not the most pleasant person to deal with, but she is only unpleasant when it comes to paying rent. We would continue to live here, however we are expecting our second child and it's time for a 3rd bedroom. The only reason i would not give this complex 5 stars, is i agree with the last review, they do take there time to plow the parking lots, sometimes it's 2pm before they start on the lot. But otherwise we love it here!
