I'm a very careful and disciplined person by nature. However, I must admit that since I moved to my apartment I have had any problems at all. The place is quiet always, is in good maintenance conditions, including indoor and outdoors. The snow plowing service during the winter was outstanding. Being sincere, so far, my story with these people has been radically different than other reviewers. I love my apartment and sometimes I regret that I have not much time to enjoy it more!!
