The apartment should be called CreekWood Apartments. The creeking noise is bothersome, especially if you have people living above you. I have 2 kids living above whose only objective in life seems to test how hard is the ground they stand on. Even their walking is unbearable. The mainteance is decent but $800 a month for one bedroom apt. that is cramped and lacks enough closet space is too much to pay for. Last winter the maintenance was horrible, people slipped and slid many times before the walkways were salted.
