I wish I read these comments prior to moving in last March. I fell "in love" with the studio loft. It's really quite adorable & I've never ever heard my one & only next door neighborhood. The only people noise I've heard was up & down the stairs - I just thought it was because I'm so close to the stairs & that the door shutters when others' doors close. But I will agree with some comments: the snow/ice removal/care has been frustrating (I too has slipped & fell) [I've been to other complexes for the same rent & they were far more aware of the icy conditions & care] and that July 4th Water Shut off without notice royally upset me (I had a Yankee game to go to.. I think they jinxed the loss!). But I will say there is a new staff..so potentially new hopes. I didn't get the 'cheap' deposit of earlier comments, so I'm quite jealous of that - but knowing what you've all said just reinforces my lack to renew and I hunt for a new place I have 60 days - if anyone can help me - please let me know! (ooh & the new Code on the Laundry door - is ridiculous - protect the dirty laundry room (the 1 time your hands are definitely gonna be holding a big basket of clothes) but not our homes')
