Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Most of these comments are very true - at least by my experiences at Knollwood; however the last one I'd bet was written by someone on the staff. Sounds like they're making a feeble attempt to defend a sinking property. This place is not much different from the projects downtown.
