I didn't like living at Knollwood. I think the prices are high and the place is overrated. I had trouble with noisy neighbors who tended to slam their doors and let their cats piss all over the hallways. Management is really ineffective and barely respond to complaints. I guess all landlords are the same, pay your rent and you don't see them.

The complex is large and it is close to a major highway but it is also close to some trailer park. The parking sucks and during bad icy weather forget about seeing any salt or sand. I fell a few times and hurt my back. When I told management they just ignored me. The last straw came when some really obnoxious neighbor blocked me in the parkinglot and I had to wait until he came down and pulled his car out of my path. I was late for work! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
