I have lived here for about a year now and I would have to say that I have never had a bad experience with Knollwood Apts. When I have had a problem in my apartment, the maintenance guy has always been there the same day I called. As far as the snow removal...I think they are doing a fine job out there. I have noticed that when there was a big snow storm that very few people even moved their cars...How do you expect them to complete the plowing'' I have also noticed that people are extremely LAZY and throw their trash on the side of the dumpster, rather then IN the dumpster. (It's not that hard to open up the side of the dumpsters!!) The point I am trying to get at, is that the residents make this place look like a dump. It is not though...The people in the office and the maintenance are not your babysitters and SHOULD not have to pick up after you. I think people should start having respect for where they live...start picking up after YOURSELVES! I like it here at Knollwood and happy that I picked this apartment complex. I think the people that work here do the best job they can...considering the types of residents that reside here! If you know how to respect the place where you live, I would strongly recommend Knollwood Apartments! If you don't please look elsewhere! Thank you...
