After reading all the comments I find it funny that after living here for 8 years that I have never experienced the types of problems that I have just read from the other reviews. For example, I like the fact that when I call in for a maintenance order that someone is there the same day. The office and maintenance staff are very attentive to my needs. I also like that the office plans monthly parties for their residents. They even supply the food and drinks! It's a great way to get to know your neighbors. I have also noticed the last couple weeks that they are doing alot of landscaping around the property and so far it looks great! I would recommend this place to anyone!
