I moved in 3 years ago straight out of college, and not from CT. I just moved out a month ago, and I can say I never had any problems. I checked the place out first, and got a 3rd floor penthouse. My roommate and I never had any problems. We lived right alond Route 15, and it wasn't that loud. We partied like rock stars just about every night, so I made sure to get a unit far from everybody. Nobody ever complained. The laundry room was far, but Jesus Christ get some exercise. If all you can do is ----- about going up and down stairs, get a wheel chair. Not having a doorbell realy sucked, but we made do. I already have recommended the place to other people. I don't think you're going to find anywhere better in Wallingford. And the trailer park never bothered me. You live in an apartment, not a mansion, deal with it, save some money and buy a house... just like I did.

And go to some of the parties they have. They used to be cool.
