It's okay but our apartment needs a major birthday treat. We have a wasp nest somewhere on the outside of our bedroom window. That's always fun. Laundry is far away and there are only 8 or so washers and dryers for the entire community. There is a leak in our bedroom from the roof into our closet. Very helpful. There is about a 5 foot crack on our bedroom wall held together by some wierd metal device. The gutters on our balcony are filled to the brim with leaves and crapola which in turn has ruined the wood on our balcony. It's green and slippery and we have grass growing out of it and we live on the third floor. We have told management and a girl who worked there said that when they come to fix HER bedroom ceiling from leaking that they would clean out OUR gutters. That was two years ago. NICE. Not the quietest place either...apparently we need to hear the music playing in a persons car whether we like it or not. Neighbors seem nice. Parking sucks because there is no visitor parking and the visitors like to park really close rather than let us park there. They have been painting the outside of the rental office and our front doors to the buildings but that's the extent of it. Just for appearances. The pool is nice...so is the fitness center other than that...it's time to move.
